These terms govern your use of MemeReel (https://memereel.net). By using the service you agree to them. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo, which appears as the seller on your receipt.

The service

MemeReel turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos based on popular meme formats. Videos are produced by third-party AI models (such as Seedance) through API providers. Results vary and are not guaranteed to match any reference exactly.

Accounts and credits

• You need an account to generate videos. One account per person; no automated or bulk use, no resale.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs, do not expire, and have no cash value.
• Credits for a failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically.

Your content

You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and you must not upload photos of other people without their consent. You keep the rights to your uploads and to the videos you generate, subject to the rights of others in the underlying meme formats. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Unofficial tool

MemeReel is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators, artists or rights holders of any meme, song or video referenced on this site.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Unused credits on suspended accounts may be forfeited.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
